I enjoy how fresh new US twenties straight out of the ATM stick together.

Even if you decide to switch your focus in the future when you become successful you will still be involved in RE as an investor.I believe every person should try a sales job early in his twenties.

So my question is, if you could go back to your early twenties and start investing - what would you do differently or the same with the information you know now? 

Every October, tiny parking lot patches sprout up all over and local farms bring out their best orange squash—from tiny little fellas to massive twenty-pounders.

I was a twenty something kid only a few years out of college and had ambitions.

Many people go into their twenties and blow a bunch of money that could have put them in a much better position in their 30's.

And a little more..But honestly, I wish I would have been set myself up better in my twenties, I do not regret all the traveling I did, but wish I hadn't spent so much time figuring my life out and hopping around different degree programs.

Following that I would read set for life by Scott Trench to embed some ideas in your head regarding personal finances and not following the path that most people take when in their twenties.

He says something on there in the first twenty minutes that will be your key to networking, starting out and being successful.  

We are in our mid twenties and determined to get into the REI game as soon as possible.
