Found a ski- lake front property in odessa, Fl.

Last Friday, I closed on an 8 unit apartment complex through an obscure local MLS site that is mostly lake properties.

Everything I have now is in Vegas except a couple lake homes in MN. 

It is located in White Lake Township, MI. 

Down the road when I'm more comfortable I can see myself going out of state, but I don't think I want to for my first experience.If I'm totally honest, I'm probably too risk-averse to make my first property(ies) outside of comfortable driving distance (max 3-4 hours), leading me to look in places like the high desert (Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, etc) or mountain destinations like Lake Arrowhead/Big Bear. 

Hi BPers,Im in Utah market right now where it is very hot and we like this property due to its great location in salt lake county.

Bangs Ave, Lake Ave, Springwood Ave, Corlies Ave, all of the numbered Avenues (1,2,3rd, etc) up to the Neptune Middle School are all tough areas.  

There are three Marta stations to consider - East Lake to the west (Oakhurst neighborhood in Decatur and Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta), Decatur (right under the Square) and Avondale (to the east of downtown Decatur). 

Mainly looking at Toluca Lake/NoHo area (<$550K), but open to others. 

I’m in the salt lake area and I am looking to do something similar, but I’d be living in the MIL and renting out the main house.
