I had many problems with them, being loud late at night, trash on the property, and basically had to send a 30 day notice to get them to leave.They actually left the property in pretty good condition aside from some damage to trim around a doorway while moving their couch in, and a ding in the brand new stainless steel fridge.Their security deposit was $875, of which I deducted the following:$30 for one day of rent$60 for fixing the wood trim$100 for the ding to the fridge$258 for a plumbing charge from them using flush able wipes that led to me having the main line snaked out.

Some have separate lots with steel parking structure, or concrete parking rental structures. $20/car is another cash flow with minimum maintenance.

In the leases, we give tenants the option of dropping their rent off at the desk and it is then slotted for general mail pick up.

Checking with the departments one by one for each land listing that looks promising seems very inefficient.Regarding costs, i hear build costs of containers vs stick built being similar, but I had wondered if that is taking all aspects into consideration like build time, foundation and site prep requirements, etc. yes, steel cutters and welders are a special trade but the structure can arrive pre-built and potentially just sit on concrete pier foundations if the soil and zoning allows.

I ripped out all of my washer/dryers on renovation and went with coin-op in a common area- happy with my decision though.Stainless steel kitchen set- stove, over stove microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher.
