Their main meetings are in Ambler, PA but they also have subgroups all over the South Eastern PA region - including a monthly subgroup meeting in Delaware County.

I can give you some general info on insuring the property:Here are some things to look for from an Insurance prospective: Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum WiringIf built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certificationsAny wood stoves or secondary heating units.

Didn't like galvanized water pipes, the hvac unit,  some plumbing traps, aluminum wire, roof (asbestos tiles).  

Even after explaining that we have black carts for regular trash, green carts for yard waste, blue carts for recycle (paper, glass, aluminum), the good ones would throw burger wrappers into the yard waste carts, put soda cans and bottle water into the regular waste carts, and put caulk tubes, left over 2X4s, and an entire ceiling fan into the recycle carts.

Window units are very common in Cleveland and having installed some myself, it can get quite extensive with the older colonial windows + aluminum storm windows and I always worry that it may somehow fall and knock someone out!
