Ive done all my research (plans, permits, contractors, etc) and feel like it's a no brainer and a fairly streamlined approval process in my area.

Rentometer has avg rents at only $1067/mo so I'm also not sure about paying that much for such little rent for a long-term hold perspective when from what little research I've done you can get more elsewhere for the same buy price - maybe someone looking to park money for tax purposes or an all-cash deal hoping for a big upside?

I just started researching Baselane, along with Stessa and Azibo These apps look very promising and interesting.

I did a bunch of research on this before, and they ended up being the best value (although not the cheapest out of the gate).
