Sure, they may be able to grow to a very moderate size,  add a few units, or trade up to a larger investment, but as for real scalability: NO.Why?

We have grown over the years to manage 11 buildings and 25 units.

While I’m open to 6–10 unit properties, my long-term goal is to work with 20–300 unit buildings where I can put my skills to good use.

The ability to turn single-family lots into duplexes or even split lots for separate units can significantly boost rental income and property value.

No 1-4 Unit assets for this group though.
