Millennials burdened with various debt cannot and will not buy SFH at the rate past generations have.

The neighborhoods I invest in primarily have millennials and young professionals as renters, and having washer/dryer already hooked up and ready to go is a huge plus for them.

They are transient, bad credit, lifestyle, saving for a house, its easy etc. millennials and boomers are driving the rental market.

People like to go there and enjoy environment... specially millennials....

I'm just going to sound old, and say  I think it's a millennial thing, where everyone shares everything, everything can be found on the internet, and the thought of paying for something you can get for free by asking, is absurd! 

Millennials can be "busy" so snagging their attention can be a challenge.
