This would end speculation and bring you a lot of credibility.Please post a deal that meets the criteria you claim you have "tons of examples" of. 

How are you adapting your renovations to meet buyer expectations?

@Jay HinrichsPre-reo was owned by AHP servicing (plenty about them on here), this platform was homes that had yet to be foreclosed on (I think they were reverse mortgages) that they would sell and manage for investors.they would also finance it at 12%+ rates.

I've seen people who meet everyone of my qualifications and turned out to be night mare tenants and also people who missed the mark of certain criteria and turned out to be my golden tenants. 

If that isn't satisfactory speaking at a city counsel meeting about the subject would also seem appropriate. 

Would even be happy to meet in person since we are in the same area.

If you're wholesaling residential properties, keep in mind that most property owners will also be speaking with and meeting local investors and realtors.

If a bank does this, they have no flexibility in their lending and must meet Fannie Mae's and Freddie Mac's requirements in each loan.
