Earlier this year, I flew over to Utah and met up with @Andy M. who I had originally met at the BP conference WAAAY back when.

I'm going to a conference in Chicago next week and thinking about driving up and meeting with an experienced investment real estate agent and possibly looking at some properties.My goal is to buy 1-2 properties this year. 

One day in the conference room the building was enjoying a spread put out by a title company, One of the lawyers asked me how much was E&O insurance was costing now days.

I was fortunate to spend some time a year ago with @Lucas Hall in Knoxville at a multifamily conference, and he addressed this topic for several hundred people very candidly.

We believe that ListHub has shown leadership in syndication and contract alignment by ensuring that the agreements with publishers align with the intentions of the content owners, and moreover we believe it's in the industry's best interest to have a single, managed pipeline for feeding data to those websites.

Another resource you may want to attend is the PaperSource non performing note conference Nov. 20-22 in Las Vegas conducted by Bill Mencarow.

I'm planning to attend the Noteworthy conference next month in LV.

With that being said you should take full advantage of all of the benefits that being a KW agent affords you; unlimited training, a decent CRM, support of an interested broker, profit sharing, Agent Leadership Councils,  the list goes on, but I don't want to get off topic. 

Anyway, he teamed up with Sean Terry, apparently a well-known wholesaler, to do a conference and I caught a recent webinar they did...and BINGO...I was hooked.  

I apologize that it took so long for me to chime in on here, as there were several conferences in the last two weeks.
