An entirely new interior including some new plumbing and electrical.

But for interiors, it was more of chore. 

Google "bifold door ideas" for inspiration.I guessing you have plain slab interior doors in the rest of the house, so I'd recommend a simple, clean design to complement... like louvered, or a multi-paneled shaker style, or with large single frosted glass panes (they'll glow when the light is on in the laundry).

You mentioned you're into interior design - with your background, have you considered partnering up with investors focused on fix & flips, or maybe even some general contractors? 

But I'm thinking it will probably need a full rehab on the interior. 

You may want to consider adding some new solar film with low-e and UV filtering capabilities on the windows to cut down on heat gain and interior fading, as well.

Of course the offices I remodeled were drywall so even they dont like it on the interior walls lol. 

As a wholesaler its important to get good at estimating rehabs and taking a full set of interior and exterior pictures along with notes.
