The interface is very user friendly and  not overwhelming.

I agree with the others on the AC - all modern systems that I'm aware of have safety interfaces on them that shut the compressor down before it can freeze up or be damaged from overheating.

First off, we've cleaned up the interface and put the content of the posts front and center.

I like that Business Deposit Cards provide an unbanked tenant the opportunity to interface with the banking system.

It still uses old style interfaces.

I absolutely love their software and the user friendly interface it has for the owner.

I'm a little late to the game, but wanted to make sure you knew about the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer site (formerly, and still colloquially, referred to just as the Auditor's site)... https://myplace.cuyahogacounty.us/It's an extremely robust interface, and you can search by property address, parcel number, or owner name (or just use the map feature to click on any parcel), and see tons of info on the property.

They are simply a central user interface to manage what is essentially third party api connections to these tools in the background. 

You can take pictures of any issues and make notes that show up on the report as well.Here's a screen shot of the interface, and a sideways one of the actual report w pics taken of the issues (couldn't get it turned around the right way, sorry).If you download it you should get a couple free inspections before having to pay for them, so it's probably worth checking out.Good luck with the new tenants!
