We have a rental property which is infested with german roaches because the tenants are unclean.

Hopefully that's well behind you...I've long said that it will take big money lobbyists (likely from the air travel industry) to push into motion some type of regulation on ESAs, Service Animals and the likes.Hopefully this is just the beginning of the process of getting these animals on a registry with a proper license that can be verified by anyone.I've raised two German Shepherd Guide Dogs through the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation and have watched a shift in our culture around ESAs and Service Dogs over the last 2.5 years.

Our bombers kept getting shot down by German fighter planes. 

It was made by a German TV station and, frankly, it's embarrassing. 

They seemed a little concerned that they might not quite make the 3 x's monthly rent, and they said they've had problems finding a place because one of the dogs is a German Shepard and apparently landlords are not ok with that.  

I was a bit taken aback since it is a husky/german shepherd mix which does not fall within the confines of our allowable pet policy.

After that, it is up to the tenant to keep the place clean to avoid issues such as german roaches but to realize that palmetto bugs may still be able to enter (they are often drawn to water during very hot, dry spells). 

Must be really annoying for them to come to our German get together's - lol.
