Uncle Dan’s catered my wedding and I am about to go pick up a smoked turkey from there.

I think they do a good job of catering to the buyer.

Overall, MI caters to every foreseeable pain point, both in the process of purchase and the property management.

Is the seller willing to enter into a sale agreement that caters to you using that means of funding? 

The serve Tap/can/bottle beer and they have food to order...I like sushi bar when I’m in a hurry.  

Thanks guys...Julius John I meant the value would go down because currently there appears to be a window cracked and open food in the kitchen everywhere.

Just some food for thought.

A couple of miles north of there has seen some development with Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle etc. but safe to say this would still be one of the poorest neighborhoods in the city.  

For example, if Memphis has a lot of turn key activity, is there also a banking / financing scene in that same geographic area that caters to the industry?

If you take what a lot of people on BP think is a good metric: cash-flow $100/month then a single visit during the year (plane, rental car, food, hotel, etc.) will wipe out your cash-flow.
