I have an MBA and have a decent amount of experience with stock investing.

My wife and I invest in real estate, the stock market, and both have high paying W-2s and obviously file extensions every year on our taxes.

I would put some in passive syndications with responsible sponsors that I trust, I would invest some in the stock market, precious metals and bitcoin.

Currently I have a NYC investment property still under mortgage but have roughly 25% equity and roughly around $450k in stock investments.

If they have something nice in stock, we purchase from them but otherwise we will grab something new.

Personally I would never buy a place that is near a deadly tree, unless I knew I could remove it first.

Just trying to understand what he means and where he means to reinvest the cash flow in order to receive the compounding interest which was described basically like investing in the stock market with an 8% return.

If anything suspicious comes up our State contract entitles you to specialized follow up inspections - such as a sewer scope. so much for markets being dead :)  or prices dropping like you see in other areas. 

Its not doing much sitting in the bank/ stock market/money market funds.

Most the time all we find is animals (dead or alive), spoiled food, feces, etc. so it's nice to hear someone find something that isn't any of those items!
