Did not need to replace entire floors, just needed to replace from the nearest wall to that floor with a good contractor. they will do this if they were not climatized before they were installed.. happened to us on a new build I was doing Charleston Sc Bamboo flooring and it all had to be replaced..

If you're not a plumbing expert, hire a scope pro who understands plumbing and can walk you through everything (or have a trusted plumber watch the scope with you and explain it).I once bought a property where the seller had just installed a brand new sewer line.

@Mubarak Basha no software will automatically have these reminders.You'd need to find software that has custom fields you can create and then tie to reports or alerts.Free software options won't offer this.How many units are you DIY managing?

Ft ranch home with new appliances ( Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove(electric or gas), washer/dryer, microwave etc and contemplating whether it requires and electrical upgrade from 100 amps to 150/200 amps.Currently the HVAC system installed for central heating/cooling is  15 amps)and there is gas water heater.Do you anyone know if this needs to a mandatory upgrade or any recommendations around the same and what it can cost to upgrade electric panel to 150 amps/200 amps?
