I was wondering if it were possible to buy a house with like 10 acres or so, and then attempt to get the property rezoned to a mobile home park (MHP), to then transform it into profitable real estate.

Because of how difficult the city is to  work with the whole city is basically being transformed into a rental city, and the city is also having major financial difficulties.

He was really liking the transformation that took place.If all goes to plan I should  have more deal flow and capital to work with going into next year and I'd like to make him a part of the business in some way simply because of his work product and his knowledge.I was thinking maybe at first if I get projects he could bill me the labor as he does then give a cut of the profit or some sort of bonus at the end if the property is flipped or refinanced and turned into a rental?  

Metro Detroit is very, very nice, and the city is transforming in a positive way almost daily.

What did you end up doing with the garage and how long did this transformation take?

Would you consider this an OK area or is this still in need of major transformation before one should consider for purchasing for rental income? 

Tell me, Clarence, if you have any suggestions... which areas or pockets of Inglewood do you think will be improving or become more desirable for renters as Inglewood transforms along with the ancillary stadium businesses?
