I found what looked like black mold in one room of a property i bought at auction, so i had a mold company come in and test.

We gutted are second SFR completely choose laminate over granite and black appliance over stainless steel.

I called in favor from family to provide me with proof of funds to submit with offer, but I was putting up earnest, so if I ended up not closing, my family was not technically out anything, other than 10 minutes to email me a bank statement, which I blacked out the account number and address.

I asked one for drinks and at the end of it I(being a broke 21 year old) picked up the tab(mind you he drove a 2020 Blacked out Bentley LOL).

Immediately I’ll paint the outside white with black trim at the suggestion of @jessraden.

There are black stains on top surface, likely from furniture.

PS I know the downsides of taking loans from family, so would probably get something in black in white etc. if I do end up using this avenue.

There’s often a Black Swan unknown risk with these cases.

I am always a believer in don’t think everything is black and white.
