I would not be doing it to make extra money, I would do it to avoid constant phone calls about unclogging a toilet, changing batteries in smoke detectors, changing lightbulbs, small things like that.I have seen this suggestion in other posts on BP.

Personally I think educational degrees are the same, you only use 15-20% of what you learn, it would cover all aspects of dev but nothing specific or not only what you need, I'm actually looking for a good program like that, but I would like to only enroll in modules or so.

Seems to work well, they can use the area for decoration; battery operated candles and such if the cover is unscrewed but otherwise it's made to look clean, fresh and nice but not to be used.
