Does lifetime auto renewal lease stand legally ?

(Trash is included in my HOA fee)It's a 2 year lease, and there's an auto-escalation for year #2 -  where it goes up another $100 per month.

I also switched banks recently and two out of 40 or so loans showed 30 days late last month (due to us not setting up auto pays) dropping my credit by 70 points.

Push credit and debit card payments hard, to make life easier for you (auto-payments), and make cash payments very difficult to do and/or not accepted (eg no office onsite, etc).

We just finished paying off $25k credit card debt, we have one auto loan, student loans and the mortgage.
