@Edward Briley Good points.Regarding the mother's involvement, I would certainly let the daughter out of the lease to avoid conflict and anxiety, but don't think her litigious threats will go very far.  

Since I don't need to access my investments right now, at a practical level the only thing that's changed is some numbers in a spreadsheet and my anxiety level.The way out of sunk cost bias is to say, each day, "Taxes and trading costs / commissions aside, if I was sitting on all cash today, what would I do?".

We not only lost our hard-earned money but on top of everything, our health suffered, I had several sleepless nights due to the stress and anxiety that this horrible experience created for my wife and me.After the buy-back was completed, I approached Maverick/Hipster to at least help us with our losses by requesting us to give back $6000.

Paul that means a lot to someone starting out; the first day on the job was always anxiety provoking; now as a multifamily / income property investor; I never knew a community web site like Bigger Pockets even existed, I have always been a sole proprietorship and basically "winging" it but now feedback from fellow investors is a real social media / community member's portal.

I am curious if their is even a single variable that differs from male to female RE investors anxieties, learning curve, and/or experiences.

Stocks have rallied even more to S&P 931 and could possibly make a run at 1,000- 1,100 if "performance anxiety" sets in among those portfolio managers that are afraid to miss the rally.

Anxiety is killing me!
