I'd recommend contacting at least 2-3 and setting up coffee/phone chats to see who you vibe with the most.

I can learn a lot more about a firm talking with someone on the phone than I can by going through a website.

To avoid this, I set up alerts to be sent to my phone and I also check my tenant lead messages about 1x per week. 

Since I get almost daily messages regarding small multi-family opportunities in Charlotte and find myself repeating much of the same information on the phone during intro calls, I figured I would go ahead and put my experience into writing for others who are doing research.

I actually did that the other day, and I'm waiting for the meetup to be approved by the site admin.

Although, I did have one attorney long ago that was great since he would actually make phone calls and help close the deal.As for time spent... 

If I can pick up the phone and say I want a 3/2 1500 sqft house for around the same price as a stick build delivered and installed on my foundation in 30 days then that would get me excited.  

Does Batchskip provide a high percentage of real, working phone numbers?

My family is very frugal and minimalist, so other than food and baby stuff and a monthly public transportation ticket, 10 dollers a month for cell phone,  we have no expenses.So what do i do with all my income?

I also plan on creating a phone app this year that further simplifies the sytem.
