Hey Manny,  I would recommend not looking too far from your residence if you can help it since you will need to make many trips to the property. 

Only a local would know  ;)   I don't make it out there often but I will definitely reach out when scheduling my next trip.

The more I do that, the more I understand first hand how each component interplays with the next.My plan is to take a trip out to Indy to tour some of the areas first hand later this year.

Every once in awhile, I might send an inquiry during their visit and ask them how their trip is going.

My wife and I are taking a 4-6 month trip to Europe and Asia this Fall.

I’ve got a road trip ahead of me tomorrow and I plan to be BP podcasting for my trip.

Seems like a power trip move to me but whatever, we signed the termination just to get them out of there.
