The Quality of the "Buyers" will be different for each group, but I'd say about 10% of the people who post there are actual movers and shakers.Connected Investors is another good website.But the best way is to go to local Real Estate Investors Association Clubs

I have to say though- where there is competition there is value (and visa-versa) and where there is NOT competition there is usually* NOT value (unless you happen to be a lucky 1st-mover).
