He doesn’t teach you anything that can’t be found on this site.  

For example the (first) 1007 comes back and he shares with me he is going to review it with his team and call me...

If you approached them in a way that you had a solution to the eyesore in their neighborhood they would be very receptive to talk and perhaps share contact details about the home owners son if they have them.

@Courtney DuongSomeone on BO actually shared their spread sheet with me and it has been super helpful.

And given syndications are a marketing game more than a real estate game, it begins to give you real marketing content to share with the world to help drive new leads for future deals.

Do you have any recommendations or advice to share?

I’m debating whether to furnish the shared areas or just stage them for photos and viewings.
