She did promise to leave by the end of March again claiming...she is a woman of her word. 

Now, if there was a woman that owned 20 McDonalds franchises in CA, wanted to expand to a few more in AZ, and had a trusted GM that wanted to move there and oversee them, then yeah that seems more reasonable.

I think a woman needs that $ for her own independence so to speak. 

Hi, I bought a property last week and inherited a single woman in her early 20s, she's renting a 1 bedroom apartment for only $375, market rent is $475-500.

Seller is a very elderly woman who lives far and the estate has multiple properties to liquidate in limited time.I will owner occupy this house - it's single family.

The housing market was hit with 2 curveballs,   1 high interest rates around 10% and woman's earning now had to be considered by banks when applying for a mortgage.   

The young woman ought to have been smarter and not have moved in with 2 "BOYS" in the first place....maybe she will be smarter in the future.Maybe a few beers and this guy becomes Don Juan/Casanova (???)

Identical brother was not in court to testify.There was the widow Brown case where an elderly woman, possible with dementia, did not understand the consequences of not paying the taxes.

Luckily I am married to a woman that is a computer programmer and she has been saving with a 401K for about 25 years so I am not under tremendous pressure.  

Now, I have not vetted this information about the woman, but I would highly recommend consulting an attorney.
