The last coupe of weeks 3 people told me their premium went down for their primary.

It didn't help that we created the listing during the July 4th week.

When you inspect and see that they're not maintaining, give them a written notice of violation with one week to clean and pass another inspection.

We pay a PM to manage a SFH, and this past week we received a $1k bill from a plumber for fixing the washing machine drain pan.

Sorry, but 4 weeks is way too long for an average turn.
