Unplug the wrong cable and millions can't get to their web page...I guess I'm going to chalk this one up to lessons learned and pay up.It also sounds like the $650 water heater is at worst a little on the high side, so I won't worry about that too much.

Estimate COCAdditionally thinking about a google chrome plugin which will automatically hot-link the property address on any webpage.

I definitely recommend you put up a webpage, and include capability for online scheduling and payment.

That way you'll have an instant advantage over someone who waited to start a webpage until they were ready.  

I just jumped on another webpage and search "Tennessee Sheriff RE Sales" and actually got sent to a page that would show me what was coming up for sale in 2017.

@Brandon Turner There is a lot of good information on this webpage, but I had one question and maybe i'm oversimplifying it but... couldn't you just pick a different tenant, just choose someone else.

His webpage made all sorts of “promises” and claimed his business was backed up with insurance.
