Stop with the guru sites, the videos, all that nonsense is pure crap designed to drive the lazy into highly risky investments or investment schemes that will surely see you make a little or lose a lot. 

You get all the liens on the property and only some will be disclosed on the website.

If they agreed to that, then the clause appears to be fulfilled assuming the lessor approved the quality of work.The entire clause is kind of sorry in the way it's put together and reeks of amateurish property management by an owner.

Hire an inspector /independent person to manage the job site for you, someone with your best interest at heart.

A total cost of 6.3Mn over 23 units equates to 274K/unit...this appears unbelievably low for San Diego...I'd want to see full development budget detailing hard, soft and financing costs as well as month by month projections showing construction and lease up cash flows.What's the 2.2Mn purchase price for?
