.) - I've been on the market for 10 months now to buy and my 6th offer just finally got accepted today.I'm a first time homeowner / investor whose strategy is to buy and hold a cash flowing multifamily unit to owner occupy, but I'll be honest - the pickings in Austin are slim.The property under contract is a fourplex and breaks even with me occupying one unit which is pretty unheard of, but it's right by Chinatown up north by I-35 so the neighborhood is on the rougher side although not too bad that I'd be scared to live there.
