There are sections of the crawlspace I cannot access for subterranean termite treatment, as well as running new electrical for an AC system, I kept thinking there may be a hidden opening covered by flooring, but if I can't find it then I need to crawl down to the 16" headroom crawlspace with a corded rotary hammer strapped to my ankle, crawl ony belly for over 40 feet to enlarge the congested opening so I can pass through it. 

If they have a long lease, I wouldn't mind them as a tenant, strict procedures, often dirty trash and lots of traffic.

Today to develop these are the concerns: is there water available; is the plan similar/compatible with neighbors; parking; traffic; time frame; cost....

Might be fairly area dependent, but Facebook marketplace is a great place with a lot of traffic in my area for rental listings.

And yeah it’s crazy to think we will hit 3 million by 2050 they are saying…traffic is going to be horrific!

However I would spend 10x more effort, time and money on driving traffic to said website than the site itself. 

I'm still an Elon fanboy but it's ridiculous to think we should dig tunnels everywhere to solve traffic problems. 

Possibly the newer ones have been improved, but the ones I got in 2018 have had significant problems with the planks drifting apart and spaces appear at the end of the plank in traffic areas. 2 different brands, 2 different houses.
