California is always a good leading indicator...having said that there will be 3-4 "rock solid" indications of the R/E market taking a "serious downturn" that the people who make money selling seminars will be touting as the "next big thing" and people will be buying into it.....

It was actually touted as a "franchise" at the 3-day event I attended.Those with some success behind them MAY find it useful in that regard.Beginners with limited funds will find it financially ruinous, in all probability, though there are always exceptions.Yes - I've done their 3-day "drink from the fire hose" upsell.
