When they do a job, I give them a complimentary t-shirt that says "winner" on the front breast, and in much larger lettering across the back, it says "josh buys houses" with my google voice number.

Rather, I should set up a google voice number, and set a voice message to play when they call.Can anyone explain in a little more detail how that works?
