So you could see the market for investors looking for SFH take a breather or reach a price ceiling based on rents reaching their top levels that are sustainable. 

We have a local organization called the Green Apartment Network, that attracts tenants who value sustainable living. 

Right now you may be able to rent it because of the recent hurricane but that would not be sustainable long term IMO.

To sustain this I want 6 figures of passive income.To achieve this I will buy rental properties.
