You guys put that stuff to me looking to buy my properties, I’d try to politely laugh you away…What’s supposed to be rule#1 in trying to do “creative deals” is finding a person with a problem that can’t be solved with the traditional sale, and solving it.

4 tenants (students) were supposed to pay security deposit today for April 1 move in.

I got a message on my business phone that tenants are only supposed to call for emergencies (non emergency maint requests must be submitted in writing).

I suppose on some level you think you cannot share the true details because others will copy what you did instead of using you to invest their money.

I suppose they could do a long-term lease with a purchase clause in the lease itself independent of their deaths, but again, they wouldn't get the funds until the property actually changes hands.

And not everyone wants to own a home.. just like not everyone wants to be a landlord so are agents who dont want to be landlords not suppose to sell income property>. 

Unless you get something zoned for a mobile home park— I suppose you might be able to find a mobile home park in a gentrifying area and turn into a tiny home park?

Since the foreclosure, along with no recorded mtgs showed up supposedly by searching their names, I suspect this may be the case.

Yeah, its supposed to show how "great" a sub-to deal is for the buyer.
