We do not have a fee.

Instead, there is an option period, with a (mostly) small option fee whereby the buyer can cancel the contract for ANY reason within the option period.  

However, this is not so sought after since there is a fee upfront regardless if you purchase property or not. 

We have a lease break fee that they can execute at any time, so, we guide them towards that. 

What I mean by that is that paying for leads that get sent to you just because you are paying for them is not smart scale right now, it costs too much for lukewarm.I was on Zillow Flex with my team of 50 for years and crushed it, but we had to kiss a lot of frogs at 35 percent referral fee.

Unless you are storing your energy and are completely off the grid, you will always have the fees for being on the grid each month.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator.So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

@Heidi Fahringer wasted time doing several calls and then a meeting with a CPA and then got shocked with their proposed fee.After even more wasted time trying to find out from them why the fee was 10x what I had been paying - a lightbulb in my head finally lit up and I asked the revealing question and found they had a minimum charge.Obviously, we were not a fit.
