We just visited SD and got quite the sticker shock when we pulled up Zillow, but we are very spoiled in Columbus with real estate prices and cost of living.

It is definitely reassuring that I’m not the only one with sticker shock there.

No matter how many stickers are on the door from the county or how awful it looks.

They seem to have a bit more stability than traditional offices as the tenants are a bit sticker with those locations.  

But, I can think of more fun things to do with $107 than write a bunch of letters and field some calls.I plan to write everything in red pen and I almost failed penmanship growing up - so my writing ain't too good which might work better or worse.Envelope:My Home Return address - I have some return address stickers laying around I plan to use.Writing their address in red pen.What color envelope?  

As i am sure you are aware get ready for sticker shock when you look at prices here compared to Toledo area.

I also think the picture of the moving sticker is a waste of a pic.

If they have never lived in that area before than they are probably in sticker shock.

They cut signs in half and take half, leaving one of their stickers on the remaining half.Call them "haters", "low lifes", and "bullies" if you want but you're the one putting up illegal signs.
