But we can Query our security system what cars drove by between 12:00 am and 5:00 am last night to see who vandals might be. in our case we helped bust some Grafitti vandals tagging our walls with spray paint all Tenants appreciate that we have it and all are notified not to pick their noses in public.

This was ten years ago and now that area is starting to come around but it wasnt due to the casino. if you do buy in those areas its a bit risky so tread lightly because you dont know absolutely 100% how the casino will affect the value especially if during the construction or after it the US economy takes a nose dive.
