As for the 8:30 time slot, you should be careful about knocking on any fore closure seller's door.

We own a couple dozen houses in Houston, some in our own names, and we have had to file vandalism insurance claims and have had NO issues with the insurance company paying the claim.Personally, I would max out all of my fannie/freddie slots before looking at portfolio lending as it is 30 year fixed money.

Ideally, the front, back and sides of each box would have a slot near the lower edge to accommodate the edge of the thin bottom.Get two decorative drawer fronts from the kitchen design department at Home Depot, Lowe's or some other place.

Get your buyers list built as well as vine properties and one day you'll have all sorts of VIP buyers to tee your deals up too.
