The better built one (concrete pilings/floors/walls) was the higher one by $12k!

Costs the same to put in new flooring.  

I put down lvp flooring throughout the home.

Updates include new upstairs flooring, kitchen counters/sink, bathroom vanities/toilets, and fresh paint.

We found out the property was broke into at 4 am yesterday and the newer furnace/ac were stolen along with some damage to the hardwood floors and the front door where they pried it open with a crow bar. 

It is currently 1100 square feet on the first floor, 1100 square feet finished basement, and 300 square feet sleeping loft.

If you don't have a contractor, shop around for the hardware (appliances, counters, flooring, etc..) to get an idea of the material costs then add in labor of hourly rates for the install.

I’ve done several live-in flips and have gotten confident at flooring, baseboards, and paint.
