The cool thing about DSCR loans, is that different lenders have significantly different rate spreads, so shopping it could be beneficial for you to save on rate and fees.

The best way to get a good contractor in my opinion will be to ask for bids on what they perform.

Pricing, photos, description, and early guest ratings are critical for long-term performance.
