He is scrambling to find financing.

One of mine went out over the holiday weekend and I was scrambling to get it fixed.

Some of these tests seem well designed to prevent human entry.That may be true with some and others have made the same comment hjere, just keep in mind that with the Biggerpockets page, there are no scrambled words/letters/blurs/etc.

If it is truly a great deal then scramble to find the money.

All good tho, because  Instead of scrambling for a new job like everyone else switched my investments from growth  to income and  picked up some part time work.  

Now I'm scrambling and trying to go back and read my old notes and read up on basic fundamentals again.

I VOTE VAN not a SUV,, family of 5 is a scramble over seats in a SUV..I'm a grandma bought a Sienna van just for the grand kids.. and what a blessing..fits the car seats and everyone loves it..If she's happy everyone is happy.. 

if you dealing with an owner occupant especially those using FHA or USDA(Most likely ways to finance up that way), They more than likely are scrambling to come up with the cash to actually be approved. 

I'd rather have a fat opportunity fund than deploy all cash against a low rate fixed mortgage in the 4s or even 5s, then scramble to leverage something else when I need the cash. 

Everyone is scrambling for FHA buyers, but NO ONE is scrambling to solve the "problems" of Investors.
