I've read multiple posts providing recommendations to Ikea and Home Depot, but does anyone in the Grand Rapids or West Michigan area have any local recommendations?

What's up BP and all its users ken here just getting started in wholesale and would love to network with others in my area which is the grand rapids Michigan area would love to learn and work together with new investors Two heads are better than one we can work and learn together grow together make money together and eventually start doing deals on our own or a seasoned Wholesaler to help me get started working with me and showing me how things get done thanks ahead of time to all that reached out to help 

I work with several investors who buy cash and we are always looking for more deals. Let me know if you come across anything or have anything in the works. 

It is a rapidly changing field.

One of the rentals is fully paid for and I'm torn between simply using the cashflow from it and the other two to rapidly pay the other two off, or taking a cashout refi on the paid-for rental and using that cash to buy two or three more at 25% down on each (so they will also cashflow about 300-500/month each).  

My career in sales requires my wife and I to move every 3-4 years so instead of buying a primary residence here in FL, we've invested back in West Michigan in the suburbs of Grand Rapids where we'll return to in the next 10-15 years.

The med-school deal has been growing pretty rapidly for a while now, underwrites in the area are still strong though.

I'm currently working on a pre-foreclosure list for Rapides and Grant Parishes in Louisiana. 

The thing is about these older manufactured homes is that the structure itself is not worth much, and it depreciates rapidly to be worth even less.
