I'm not sure where you are in the closing process, but that could be worth exploring.

There doesn't seem to be a good solution for communicating copius amounts of before/after cleanings. but I'm really outgrowing this process and think maybe I need to move to SLACK???

I have a few vendors that I paid over $600 for services that were independent contractors and wanted to know the process for taxes.
