I also make it a personal habit to peruse the BiggerPockets Blog one or twice a week for interesting articles.

Well, a few days ago, I was perusing CL when I came across an ad for a hard money loan. 

So you buy the software then pay per user.

After listening to hours of podcasts, watching countless youtube videos, and perusing the BP website, I bought my first absentee list from listsource in February and I've sent out two rounds of direct mail postcards through yellowletters.com.

I'd have to peruse the biggerpockets forums a bit more, to venture out of state...but the prices sure sound tempting compared to the Bay Area.

For now I'm going to peruse the forums, keep churning through the vids, and maybe grab a book to learn more before I dive headlong into my first purchase (for profit) ;) 

I have been perusing the site for days, and thought it was time to connect to the BP community!
