Multiple people including myself have tried to caution him of the the true costs but he's been repeatedly dismissive and has made it clear we give him motivation and he wants to prove us all wrong (whatever that means). 

There is a way to do it with respect to all parties, but that's not why people are signing up.

Flat rate vet's the snot out of people to assure QUALITY.

Place a notification for those people as their articles are often posted not only on their publication site but on other news sites as well so you can keep up to date.
