I set up my daily time blocks on GC and watch the ted line steal my day away for motivation.

CM would have to be stupid to set it up this way.

Will take two sets down on the next trip.  

If you can set up as a non-profit you might get foundation/grant funding for you initial capital.

You could try to chat with some people on campus and maybe even set some flyers up in or around the stadium. 

I’d think long and hard about this and possibly set up financial parameters for who is responsible.

Seems to me cohesive set of laws and rules regarding this activity would benefit  both the public and those that want to engage in the activity.  

Just get a second set of sheets for each property so the turnover isn't pending the same sheets going back on the beds.

That was an unusual set of circumstances that was created in response to covid, so it would likely take extenuating circumstances for that to happen again.
