I didn’t like the stone facia around this basement windows anyways, would simply plant some nice shrubs along the front line of the home with some mixed in flowers for best curb appeal plus it will save you money on the construction!

For the lessee, much like a car lease, you get to test the house to see if you want it to be your "forever home", it's an easy path to home ownership without feeling like it would take years to save up for a down payment, you can avoid real estate agents (no offense, but wouldn't you avoid the car salesman too if we could?!)

the pm is on the front lines yes but you still have to manage the PM.. your only one person removed from the day to day drama.like one of our hold over props we have tenant in.. yesterday for some reason the bottom of the shower cracked and the whole pan moved down an inch.. causing her to have a slip fall in the shower she says.. and of course off to the doctor and I am sure a lawyer after that..
