@Riz Mat I've had clients do both. 

In one of the Reddit post  in  a two family home , there is tenant with a 2 year old who who off and on jumps around and the neighbour downstairs is constantly complaining .. the family upstairs has been respectful and has place foam mats to deviate the noise , but it’s not enough for the other tenant.

Maybe if looks like Mickey mouse work they'll mention it to the bank.

One concern I'd have is if they're willing to bend the rules 2 weeks in, will they be willing to bend or break other rules that could potentially cost you (if you give a mouse a cookie scenario).
