While most here have good intentions and operate with moral integrity, some may not so announcing on a public website that you have $200k between you may result in some people trying to make contact with you and selling you on something.

Why would you want to "work" with someone who's mother owes you $5000....what kind of morals, and values do you think the daughter has that would be better for you than the mother?

I come to you with a predicament that I'm hoping to get some outside perspective on.

Next time i work with someone with values/morals & comomon sense.

I definitely encourage you to join up with people that have a similar moral compass as you do, but once you find good soil to plant in, I'd suggest you give everything you got to the opportunity before you- no holding back at all!

So the moral of the story, there is no universal methodical or quantitative system to use.  

Trust me, they won't call peco because they owe peco thousands.the new inspectors would make a non hands on landlord broke for sure,but again, if you know ways around things,your okay.You have to be like your tenants and know how to work the system and forget about you morals from time to time just like your tenants.Landlords are attracted to Pottstown because of cheap properties, but cheap isn't always good.

@ Manuel Luz i am sorry to hear about that i cant understand some peoples moral compass. when you were going thru the rental process with this tenant what type of screening did you do ?
