Previously I had a bit of a misconception that the more money made on a single deal was better but when comparing "days to cash flow increase" and "days to equity increase" I find it much easier to choose homes that move me forward as fast as possible.

And of course these are rental properties.. and as you know there is some misconception that buying a rental you should get rent every month and there should never be any maintenance issues.. or that once rehabbed the houses are perfect.
