Previously I had a bit of a misconception that the more money made on a single deal was better but when comparing "days to cash flow increase" and "days to equity increase" I find it much easier to choose homes that move me forward as fast as possible.

I think you have many incorrect misconceptions about multifamily syndications but I respect your opinion.

And of course these are rental properties.. and as you know there is some misconception that buying a rental you should get rent every month and there should never be any maintenance issues.. or that once rehabbed the houses are perfect.

Justin Cutler its a common misconception that only an actual transfer of title violates the DOS clause.

There can be many issues that arise from either theory, one misconception about title theory is that a lender can end up with legal title after a default and simply own the property with all the bundle of rights.
